Brea RACES is a group of licensed HAM radio amateurs that meet on a monthly basis to discus maintaining the areas "alternate" protocol emergency communication network as created by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC Part 97, Section 407).

Meeting starts at 7:00pm and typically ends at 8:30pm.
